About the event
Product metrics are critical to measuring the success of the product and the performance of product managers. Aspiring product managers and product analysts are frequently asked product metrics questions during interviews to test their product knowledge and structured thinking. However, product metrics questions are hard to answer as different products have different success metrics.
Dr. Nancy Li has interviewed hundreds of product managers. She has seen many mistakes candidates made and many success stories as well. In this workshop, Dr. Nancy Li will take us through a real-life product metrics case to help people master the product metrics concept and skills.
In this workshop you will learn:
- A framework for defining product metrics
- How does a product manager design product metrics to launch a successful product
- A real-life product case study
