Cameron Johnson is Director of Product Innovation at Netflix where he leads efforts to improve the Netflix app across over 1,000 different TV devices, encompassing the majority of Netflix viewing globally. In his 7+ year career at Netflix he has also led innovation efforts for mobile, the Netflix website, kids and family, and social. Prior to Netflix Cameron was Director of Product Innovation at Yahoo! Cameron has also been active in his community serving on the San Carlos City Council from 2013-2018, including as Mayor in 2016. Cameron lives in San Carlos with his wife and two children.

Cameron will be giving a talk on Lessons Learned from 7 Years of Innovation at Netflix. He will discuss the details a several projects, how the ideas were developed, validated, and what lessons were learned that can help us become better product managers in the future.
