Design Sprint Workshop for a Real AI Startup (2 weeks)

How to start leverage LLM to solve a real problem? Join AnotherMind.ai Founders & Investors and start building out your own AI venture through this 2-week Design Sprint!

IMPORTANT:

This is a 2-day in-person workshop, co-hosted by Product Pub X Fellows Fund X AnotherMind.ai.

By signing up for this event, you are committing to both workshops:

• Session 1: 7/15 Saturday 2 - 5 PM
• Session 2: 7/23 Sunday 2 - 6 PM (Dinner included)

Due to the workshop format, we would accept limited participants (50 total). First come first serve.

We are charging $40 each participate to cover the heavy operational cost associated with this event. 

Event Intro:

In this well-designed 2-day design sprint workshop, you will learn Design Sprint, which is a five-step process of solving problems and testing new ideas, invented by Google Venture. It is shared with the world in the bestselling book Sprint.

We are looking for AI enthusiasts, product-driven entrepreneurs, and those interested in building/joining an AI startup, and we welcome people passionate about prototyping without a technical background.

Upon completion of the workshop, you will

• Get hands-on experience on Design Sprint with step-by-step instructions;
• Gain solid foundations needed to design from scratch;
• Understand how design thinking can be applied to your side project or startup;
• Have a chance to pitch a product proposal to AnotherMind.ai cofounders and Fellows Funds and win rewards.

Goal:

Leverage LLM and no-code tools to solve a problem you see. You will pitch your idea to our invited judges - Investors and Startup Founders.

You can WIN by prototyping the most useful and creative AI bot and potentially build an AI startup / side project from it!

Agenda: 

Session 1:  Design Sprint Workshop - Craft your AI MVP Prototype Crafting, July 15, Saturday, 2:00pm - 5:00pm

• 2:00 - 2:50 pm - Understand the AI landsacpe and AnotherMind.ai founding stories.
• 2:50 - 3:20 pm - Intro the 5-phase framework of Design Sprint. 
• 3:20 - 5:00 pm - You will build a LLM-powered solution to a problem you see. We will provide step-by-step structure to identify problem, brainstorm solutions, and prototype your solutions.

Commitment in-between sessions:

During the break between sessions, take the opportunity to validate and refine your idea through user interviews. Additionally, you can enhance your solution by actively participating in the Aideate Discord channel and seeking support from the community.

Session 2: Demo Day and Social Event, July 23, Sunday, 2:00pm - 6:30pm

• 2:00 - 4:00 pm - Demo: Participants will pitch idea to Aideate Cofounders and Fellows Fund VC
• 4:00 - 4:30 pm - Roundtable Discussion: Product strategy roundtable discussion with Aideate Cofounders
• 4:30 - 5:00 pm - Award Announcement and Wrap up
• 5:00 - 6:30 pm - Sponsored Dinner Catering + Social Session
